Demo by Chef Eric Perez

This week I was fortunate to attend an amazing demo by Chef Eric Perez, who made several Asian-inspired recipes using Boiron fruit purees and Demarle flexi molds (they were sponsoring the demo, that's why).   2. I didn't know who he was until i got to go to this demo. The man is incredible, so creative and resourceful. Surely, a big inspiration for me.
